With Drake's sophomore album Take Care due out November 15th, the tracklisting has finally been revealed. In two weeks you can expect to see a lenghty album which includes many of your favorites such as "Headlines" and "Make Me Proud" featuring Nicki Minaj. Check out the full list after the jump!
