While the whole world is rocking out to Pitbull and Ne-Yo's "Give Me Everyting" track, Lindsay Lohan and her team were off getting a lawsuit together for a line Pitbull said in one of his verses.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit states "the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff."
The line she refers to is: "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein', to keep flowin'...I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
The lawsuit seeks an injunction to keep Ne-Yo and Pitbull from broadcasting the song and also looks to collect unspecified damages.
